Tri Star CNC Services launches its new and redesigned website on August 15, 2007. The new website contains more useful and in-depth information regarding the repair and exchange of FANUC and GE FANUC controls, servo and spindle drives and power supplies.

The website contains a new “Parts” page, which lists the price and availability, a “Warranty” page, a “Links” page and a “News” page as well as the standard information, such as an “About Us”, “Contacts” page and “Services” page.

“We are one of the few electronic repair companies that publish their standard repair rates and typical repair lead times on their website. In addition to this our customers can, if they wish, go on our web site get a repair price, generate a return material authorization and send their part in for repair without having to make a phone call. For an emergency or expedited repair we recommend customers call. At Tri Star CNC Services, LLC we are constantly trying to improve our accessibility to our customers and to minimize the time required for repairs. We understand the cost of down time.” This is according to Robin Lyman, Service Manager of Tri Star CNC Services (now retired).

Lyman also said “Due to our quality of repairs, short repair lead times and our commitment to our services and customers we believe we are the best in our field. This is just one of our new ideas to increase our visibility and market presence.”
